　　To help you better understand the library regulations, ensure the accuracy of your personal information, you are required to sign “The Statement of Patron’s Privileges.” Please provide valid contact information and email address to confirm receiving all mails (such as due, overdue, and appointed book arrival notifications) from the Library as scheduled. Your borrowing privileges will be activated after checking your mailbox. If you register several email addresses, please log in each account to confirm. The signing procedures would be completed so you can start using the Library services.

　　Each reader needs to sign only once. It is unnecessary for you to sign again if you keep the same Library Card numbers when changing user ID. To prevent delay in the approval of your patron privileges, please complete this online agreement application at your earliest convenience, and also make sure that you have read “Rules for Reading” and “Rules for Borrowing and Returning.”

　　Please note that all e-mail notifications are only as reminders. If you get suspension of usage right or get fined, failed to receive e-mails is not accepted as excuses.
